Grading plans for 71.4 developable acres are available. The park is located within 4.5 miles of two four-lane highways, US 23 and OH 32. CSX Transportation has developed a plan for rail siding into the park from its adjacent mainline. All utilities are on site, and an AEP 138 vK line crosses through the park. AEP Ohio's 138 kV transmission line traverses the site and is another potential source for electric power for manufacturing companies.
AEP 138KV, Don Marquis-Waverly No. 2 circuit. This line is onsite. To take advantage of transmission (138KV) service, the customer will need to own their own substation to which AEP will deliver 138KV service.
2.5 MW currently available, 50MW additional capacity with redundancy can be provided from the AEP 138KV transmission system onsite within 12-18 months of a signed Letter of Commitment, Letter of Credit, and requiredRight-of-Way/property on or across the customer property is transferred to AEP.
